I argued more with my attorney Cohen then the other party. I really felt they were not representing me. He gave no advice. stuck me with misc. bills and did not push for my medical bills to be paid., I had to remind him of my outstanding bills. All he wanted to do is settle. He called me they day before mediation stressing me to make a decision to settle or go to court or I have to pay him $2500 if he goes to court, he needs to know now at 3pm so he can prepare for court tomorrow. He had not prepared so he was forcing me with a fee to settle. This was a total distressed exp. which I shared with him. He came with 17 years of so called exp. We all know this type been around for seventeen years and don't know a damn process. After two years of representation he wrote me a letter trying to drop my case. I would have done a better job representing myself. I was hit by a drunk driver driving on the wrong side of the road. no fault of mine.

Whenever I called, he either answered personally or got back to me promptly. He scheduled all of my appointments and even contacted me the morning of each one to make sure I was aware and prepared. He was able to obtain a settlement that exceeded my expectations on a case I honestly didn't think was worth very much. Throughout the process, I learned an important lesson: listen to your attorney. Thank you, Mr. Walder, for your dedication and excellent work. Job well done! M. Harmon

Weir and Associates is an absolutely incredible law firm. I had the pleasure of meeting both of the…read morepartners and worked with one of them, Rob Luthman, directly on my personal injury/medical malpractice case. Not only was Rob professional, timely with responses, and knowledgeable, but he also kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. My case was very complicated, with multiple entities involved. Rob gave me constant updates (in layman's terms--not lawyer-speak) and truly made me feel as though I was his only client. I'm very aware that I was not, which is why it was so incredible. He worked so hard on my case and I cannot articulate enough how much I appreciate it. We were able to settle on the medical malpractice portion of the lawsuit but we did go to trial for the personal injury piece. Rob was beyond well-prepared but also clear, concise, and articulate in the courtroom. More importantly to me though, he really got to know me so that he was able to provide the jury with both objective facts as well as portraying me as a person--who I am, who I was before the injury, what was lost as the result of my injury, and how I will be impacted for the rest of my life because of it. That "human" element is often lost in court. It was not here. This is, in my opinion, one of the greatest contributing factors in how he was able to win the jury over. In the end, the jury ruled in my favor. I'm eternally grateful for all that Rob did for me and I cannot recommend Weir and Associates enough.
