Wonderful therapist. Kind, compassionate and utilizes techniques that really work. Meg has studied…read morea lot and has backed up those studies with clinical work. She incorporates various techniques into her therapy sessions. Her technique is difficult to explain and probably differs from patient to patient, but as a former patient dealing with the same life struggles that so many people deal with, I can say that seeing her helped me after a tragedy in my life when more traditional analytical therapists did not. I am equipped to more gracefully deal with life's issues. I now know and understand myself better. If you can get in to see her, I highly recommend it. She's also incredibly kind, empathetic and compassionate.
