I called several bondsman services, and while I won't name them I was not impressed with the others because they either didn't answer and didn't return my messages, or else give me an impression of total uselessness (one guy kept replying "oh f**k" to all my answers to his questions about employment and income etc. Who does that??). I went back in the next day for a refund, they took a copy of my credit card and said they would call me when it was refunded. They never called me, and I've called back several times and they continually ignore my calls. I had to put in a dispute for the charge with my card, and block any future purchases since the guy working seemed very shady and has a copy of my card. The man on the phone was extremely rude with his attitude and tone of voice. He told me that it was Friday night, he was busy, and that I had just sent him the information. Like I said his tone of voice and attitude was extremely rude. Being a first time customer and never bonding someone out before I didn't realize how the process worked or how long I should have waited prior to calling back. Even though he was rude I apologized for "rushing" him and waited patiently for a call back. 20 hours later and I still didn't receive a call so I sent him a text letting him know I was upset with his customer service and the fact that he didn't call me back which I'm assuming is due to me "rushing" him. I also let him know I would be posting a review. I got a reply back stating he called me, which he did not. ( I double checked call log ad voicemail). He also let me know lying on a review would be slanderous.. which came off as a threat to me and then at the point let me know he could still help me if needed. I say 1 star because my initial interaction with this company was horrible, I was treated poorly on the phone, then I was ignored, and lastly threatened about being slanderous for posting an honest review. I would stay away from this company and go elsewhere if this is how they treat potential clients.
