I was in a 3 bedroom apartment. I paid month to month. PAY for my room. Other 2 rooms sat empty for months. This is an all women unit. Their solution was stating i can move in with the 2 MEN next door and share common space with them. As a Women who's been thru some serious shit, this is definitely a HUGE no OR they stated I can stay and they raise my rent by +800$ OR transfer me into a over priced one bedroom unit. led to me moving 2 hours away from my home town. Forced to leave my current job at the time. I was away on a 3 month work trip staying at company paid hotel room when I received a call from Patriot Properties. Kicked my daughter out because they wanted to properly clean the apartment that ended up having bed bugs. They sprayed 3 times and didn't do it right. These things still crawling around and said she brought them in the apartment and made her pay $1100 for spraying. She's a single mom and is the cleanest person I know. Paid her rent before the due date, no damage to property, they just don't want to deal with her any longer. The wouldn't answer her phone calls or listen to her complaints. Just blamed her. Poor management and don't know how to take care of things without finger pointing. Shame on them!! read more

This is our first time renting in 15 years. We could not ask for better landlords! If something breaks or if you have questions they take care of it, usually within an hour! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to rent! read more
