So why did I change my 5 stars to 2 stars? After a pleasant call and working out a deal on the phone, I loaded up my trailer to pick up my purchase. Well, the deal changed by $149 and exceeded my limit. Kermit denied what he said on the phone. It wasn't really the money as much as the disrespect. I guess it makes a difference when the owner is not on site. In fairness he sent a text offering to accept a check for the original amount if I would come back. I already spent 3 hours on this, so I countered I would have a check ready if he delivered. No answer..... I'll include my original review from my previous visits below. Awesome Yanmar dealer. Carries Husqvarna too. Just used the service department. Just as awesome as Sales and Parts. Sad how things change.

He said they would need to do a full analysis and would be $850. Then he said I need to have my smoke detectors hard-wired and that came up to around $2500. Then he said our circuit box was out of date and is bound to go out anytime and that total would be about $4500. Each estimate included what the previous job was with the new project added on. We did sign up but then I called a family owned business and they came out, replaced the plug and was only $150. So Spark Electric a "shark" among companies. Just be careful you do not get bit. Looks like I was almost "shark":food so be careful and don't get bit bSpark Shark Electric. I hearbshark bites are hard to recover from.

Curtis was the 3rd chimney guy to look at my fireplace and fan and finally give me answers and a…read morefix. I wasn't sure what the vents all around my fireplace were about, the fireplace inspection before I bought the house didn't mention them (or that they were part of the fan system that was broken), and the 2nd guy that came out to fix part of the bricks didn't know what they were about. But when I called Southwest Sweepers the woman who got back to me easily told me that they were vents that helped circulate the warm fireplace air into the house, and Curtis was able to find a new fan to replace my broken one, and install the light switch to turn it on & off. I'm all set to heat my house if the power goes out now!

Fixed the issue and cleaned the thing and swept up after, great job and thanks again!read more
