Did an install for an Italian made woodburning stove and oven. Gene and his crew did a fine job, making the inside attractive and functional, and the exterior chimney wind and weatherproof. Parts and labor came in under what I had thought the project would cost. Contrary to other reviewer's experience, and although parts were long between order and arrival, I was kept abreast of the orders and notified as they trickled in from the various sources. Cassie, at SW Sweepers, was quick to respond to my request for help and equally swift to schedule maintenance on my gas fireplace. Curtis discovered after opening up the screen and pulling out the logs that the fan had a mass of dog hair clogging the fan blades! He spent over an hour taking apart and cleaning the logs, fan and surrounding area and setting the gas/air ratios. Our fireplace is once again operating accurately and efficiently! Great price for House Call. Two men came earlier then expected called to be sure I'd be home. My gas fireplace pilot lite wouldn't stay lite. They noticed a lot of dust and dirt around the igniter switch and used canned air to clean it and clean all the controls. They then turned on gas and my fireplace lite up. I needed no new parts.
