It is important to realize that when you sign a lease you should read it, regardless of "pressures" from people which for the record I don't buy. Everyone who works there has been incredibly nice and helpful and never put pressure on us. My partner and I toured the place 6-7 months before we moved in and the guy who gave us the tour still remembered us and said he was glad we decided to move in. In fact, many of the workers here are college students themselves so I have found them to be extremely understanding of the issues college students face. Just because you're being held to a lease you signed doesn't make this a 1-star business and I hate when people use Yelp in that way. This is a great place with rent commensurate to the quality of the apartments they have. The gym is nice, the pool is nice, and the staff is nice. Don't sign a lease then rate a place bad because you don't know how to read it.
