    My family spent Thanksgiving weekend at a beachfront condo over Thanksgiving weekend (Wed-Sun)…read more They were closed when we arrived at 1:30, closed Thanksgiving, which was expected. However, they were open 12-3 on Friday. I emailed the office Thursday to advise the condo was beautiful, but not clean. I even emailed these pictures. I know the e-mail was correct because I had contacted them a few times prior. Not only did they not come to clean, or at least bring me a cleaning tote, but they didn't even bother to call or email me regarding the complaint. It's been 2 weeks. When you have to pay It in full 30 days prior to arrival, it should be clean. They also want you to run the dishwasher, which is impossible without dish washer detergent. Duneside III #206 is right beside the pier, but it's noisy because it's at a busy intersection and the windows facing the road are old. (And filthy) Patio door and window need screens. Barking dogs and rude guests who get in after midnight and stand outside your window talking. If I owned that condo, I would expect the rental company to clean it. Not swiffer, clean the pics, the baseboards, the doors, cabinets and window sills. You pay them to do these things. I have fibromyalgia and needed to soak in the bath. This is their idea of clean. The view is gorgeous, but I don't think we'll stay here again.

It's unacceptable and unprofessional how you're conducting business with people that owns a unit. Please don't make me escalate this issue higher. Rectify my issue, answer my questions and don't respond by talking down to me.     This company has been overrated at 2.4 stars. Bill (HOA manager) and Mike (owner) came to look at…read morerepairs for our property. When I called to speak with Bill about the repairs, he raised his voice at me. When Bill and Mike arrived onsite, I asked a simple question of who's responsibility the water damage on the exterior wall was. Neither of them would answer the question, instead deflected as to how old they thought the damage was. Mike and Bill repeatedly spoke over top of me when I was asking questions. When I asked them politely to answer the question I asked, Bill advanced on me from 2 ft to six inches and yelled in my face. When I told him to speak respectfully to me, he and Mike stormed off angrily stating "they were done and leaving". This company is embarissingly unprofessional and clearly unable to control their tempers, which makes them dangerous to do business with. No one else raised their voice, or lost their tempers, including the other property owner, and our general contractor. However, Bill seems to treat intimidation as a normal way of communicating.

    This is no reflection on the owner of the property because I don't think GCR notified them…read more.. This is a health concern We arrived on Sat for our vacation to Garden City that we make a tradition every year. Upon arrival to our rental we realized the refrigerator and freezer were not getting cold. We had purchased groceries before our arrival and thought nothing of it and it probably just take a while. Got up Sunday morning and everything we have placed in the freezer was thawed. Contacted GCR and was told they would send someone out to check it. The guy came checked it and said if it didn't make ice to call him back because he had been called on this before. It didn't get fixed and we had to throw out all the food we had purchased ( 100's of dollars ). Called again Sunday night after hours to the emergency line and was told all they could do was bring a cooler with ice and get a small apartment size one. That didn't happen until Tuesday afternoon and by that time all of our groceries had to be thrown out. We had to wait overnight for the small refrigerator to cool down bought more groceries only to realize Wednesday it wasn't staying cold enough to properly store food at a safe temperature. Contacted them again and was told I was being rude and disrespectful because I had been asking to have a working refrigerator at a property I paid 10,000 for the week for. Another technician just left and checked the readings which match the photos and said he hated it but there was nothing he could do. I was nice Sunday Monday and Tuesday but by Wednesday I was done. This has caused so much frustration over something as simple as a new refrigerator that it has taken away from what was supposed to be to be a relaxing stress free vacation. And the fact that they really don't care and don't do everything to try to make it right is what is even more frustrating. So now it's going to be more money because I guess we have to eat out every meal now can't even store a gallon of milk safely This is a safety issue that we have no place to properly store food and have to deal with a rude "manager" which seems to be the case with the other reviews in here.
