Here is a summary. - Sloppy installation work and they left a mess to clean up. I have plenty of examples. - Poor communication between crews during the one week project. Basically I was managing the project. - They did not let me know they were making changes to the design. - I let them know I wasn't happy with their work and their response was a list of difficulties they were having. Finally I'm headed out to the patio to glue one of the stones on my sitting wall - I guess it wasn't properly glued during installation a few weeks ago. I could go on.
