Game processing as it should be. I wish Pat's was in Texas. Superior packaging, great service, super friendly and accommodating. It's where I take all of my Wyoming game before heading back south. We had a cow processed at Pat's a couple months ago. They did a great job for us! Each time we open a roast or grill a couple steaks, we're impressed by the trimming and packaging. I'm from Michigan and have taken many deer. Went to Wyoming and got an antelope, mule deer buck, and small elk. Much like the gentleman wrote about the buffalo, I didn't get nearly the meat I should have. Especially missing was the young elk meat. Desert antelope was much smaller than mule deer or young elk but rendered nearly as much meat. Not likely. Desert antelope was just least desirable. read more

This company will rip you off when it comes to getting your meat cut- up there. Came in with a 1,000lb Buffalo and came out with only 120 lbs of meat. Coming from people who had their Buffalo done at another establishment, with around the same weight, we should have at best, 4-600 lbs of Buffalo meat given back to us. It goes to show how much integrity this company has. read more
