If you are a first time home buyer, let me tell you it is an emotional ride especially with the current market. I had so many questions and Lindsay and Mya were quick to answer and super helpful the whole time. I want to shed light on my experience. My boyfriend and I had a deadline of when we needed to find a home. After a handful of showings, and open houses with Mya we thought we found the one. Well let me tell you it was NOT the one. After the accepted offer, everything started to go downhill. The inspection came back horrifying, the sellers where a huge pain the ass, and we needed to get out of that offer as quickly as we could. Thankfully Mya & Lindsay were one step ahead of the game. They knew what do to, how to do it, and got us out of contract. THANK YOU!! After that emotional mess of the first home, we were then on the hunt again. Time was ticking as we had less than 3 months to find & close on a home. After a few more open houses we finally found the RIGHT home for us. As soon as we knew we wanted to jump, they made things happen (mind you this was at 7pm on a Sunday night). They got us a private showing that same night, and after we agreed we NEEDED this house, we went back to their office. They drafted up our offer and we submitted it by 9pm (ON A SUNDAY!). After one counter offer, we officially had an accepted offer. I couldn't be more happy with how things ended. I highly recommend working with Lindsay & Mya!

Literally unlock the house. No comparable list for active sales was provided. We were told to do a search online and could see what is on the market. Asked about fair market value for a property and was told well this is the price it is listed at. Was told nothing was his fault and things are not in his job duties. When I commented on the lack of professionalism he said he runs things by his director who insured him he wasn't doing anything wrong. Last I thought realtors helped guided the home buying process, reminded clients of due dates and made sure questions that came up were answered. Guess this company does not believe in these type of standards.

She cancelled one appointment for the inital listing by contacting me the day before the appointment stating that she just found out that she had to take a test for work. Really? One day's notice and choose a "test" over a potential client? I rescheduled for the following week and drove almost 2 hours to the house for the appointment. The appointment time came and went with no Kim. I called her and found out that she had forgotten the appointment because it wasn't in her appointment book. I wonder who was responsible for adding clients to the book...... I needed to sell the house so I reluctantly signed with her. She was not good at communication at all even though I mentioned that was very important to me. Since it was summer she asked if she could turn the A/C on for showings. I said yes, just for showings. I found out later that she had cranked the A/C and let it run for several days which caused my last energy bill to be twice as much for half the time. The house got an offer within a few days of being listed and she called to tell me about it saying that I had to make up my mind right away. There were a lot of items still in the house as I had moved into my father's fully furnished house when he died. I had planned to sell or donate these items. I asked specifically if the offer was an "as is" offer, with all the items still in the house. She said yes, "as is". When we were setting a closing date she asked me if I wanted her to hire someone to clear out the house. I reminded her that she said the offer was "as is" with the items. She claimed she couldn't remember saying that. What?? She then contacted the buyer who stated that the items need not be removed for the sale. I was told the closing would be on the 3rd and was in contact with the title company. After going through a virtual closing with the title company the rep advised me that the closing with the buyer would be on the following day. What? I have never heard of separate closings for buyer and seller. This has been a very trying experience with miscommunications and outright lies. If you want to know what's really going on I would advise someone else. She got 2 stars for the quick sale.

Beloit loaded up trucks over 2 days and literally cleared everything out of the apartment so we could return it to the landlord. They did not leave a thing behind. They were able to auction off/sell every single thing in the apartment in a couple of months time and we received a check with an itemized list of every item sold. I worked primarily with David Allen (main contact) and Paul Allen (head of the crew) and every step of the process was so easy.
