When we first moved to the area the wife and I ate here. It was amazing and we spent almost 50.00 between us. We took food home for later it was so good. Well when our daughter and son in law moved here we had to take them. Well well this time was totally different. The cook constantly dipped oil out of the deep fryer and all 4 of our burgers and chickens tasted like cooking oil. I squeezed the burger and it was running out on my plate. Everyone in my party was just staring. My daughter stopped eating at that point. You couldn't taste anything but oil. Extremely nasty. We left with over 1/2 our meals still on the plates and went home apologizing. read more

So I finally made it to Pat's after 5 yrs It was an ok experience. I've heard it's changed hands. Anyway, we ordered a couple of different sandwiches. They were ok... not good not bad. The service was really really slow. There was only one guy flipping burgers and two servers who were trying their best to be efficient. But just as an example, we saw our sandwiches lying on the table for a full 6-8 minutes before the server saw them and finally brought them to us, lukewarm, stacked on top of one another in her hands. The thing that was extremely distasteful was the choice of TV stations on the TV... it was horrible! We had to request to have the channel changed! It was OMG! read more

Food is good, fresh and made to order. Service is good but depends on who is working. An older woman at register is not very friendly, at least when we have been there. Ambiance is terrible. Place needs a facelift. Prices are high. Parking is not the greatest. Especially for handicapped. read more

My husband and I have heard great things about the quality of the food, especially the burgers. We ate lunch there today. It was super expensive, and the burgers were tasteless. We paid over $5 for for 4 small onion rings, and another $3+ for a handful of fries. We will not go back. For 2 cheeseburgers, an order of fries, an order of onion rings, and 2 cups of ice with very little soda, we paid over $27. read more

This has always been a town favorite for a juicy and delicious hamburger! Eat in or take out a hamburger, BBQ grippos, and your favorite drink and it couldn't get any better for a lunch or dinner meal. When you're literally in the middle of nowhere and don't want to eat at a typical chain fast food restaurant; stop at Pat's. I honestly was a bit confused by the name, thinking it was going to be some sort of a convenience store but I was pleasantly surprised when I went inside. My boyfriend and I both had cheeseburgers and fries; it was your typical diner type food as well as ambiance; very clean establishment and friendly servers. One of the owners, stopped by our table and shared with us, they only use fresh ground chuck; nothing frozen, which explains why the burgers tasted fresh and delicious. The only odd thing, was I asked why it's called Pat's "World Famous" snack bar (its on the door and in the restaurant); and none of the employees had any idea. ;) read more

This was formerly known as Pat's Pool Room. It has been a Manchester landmark for many years. Their cheeseburgers are legendary, though they are not quite as good as they were prior to the remodel that took place several years ago. The fries leave a bit to be desired, so I wouldn't recommend those. read more

Favorite hole in the wall type of place! Great homefries and good burgers! Ribeye sandwich is a awesome option, but if you want other options they have them! Grilled cheese, hot ham n cheese sandwich, or hotdogs is good options for the kids! read more
