I paid them to install a chimney liner from roof to boiler. Not only did they not do this, but they trashed the boiler connection. Seriously. They did NOT install the liner and said that they did. They were paid to mortar the chimney, and only mortared the cap. When I figured out their scam I started calling them, which they response to pretty quickly. But two visits later and they began back peddling. After a fair amount of them telling me that I just misunderstood the work they agreed to refund money.
