I paid them to patch a roof leak by replacing a section and recoating it. They just recoated it and never replaced it. They were paid to install a new eaves box, which they did, but very poorly. I paid them to install a chimney liner from roof to boiler. Not only did they not do this, but they trashed the boiler connection. Seriously. They did NOT install the liner and said that they did. They were paid to mortar the chimney, and only mortared the cap. When I figured out their scam I started calling them, which they response to pretty quickly. But two visits later and they began back peddling. After a fair amount of them telling me that I just misunderstood the work they agreed to refund money. They only refunded a small portion of it and I was not about to argue. This is simply thievery. They bid low. Do little to no work. Hope they don't get caught. I don't know what else to call it
