We had to contact a different company, who showed us that the installation was actually defective as Delta installed a bar that was too short, and as a result could not keep a vital component in place properly. Now we have to pay for a costly repair and our lot is wide open for creeps and bums to skulk around late at night. Then no responses to my calls for several weeks, posted a truthful Google review similar to the ones I attached here and took it down the day the owner gave me a call back claiming he injured his hand (meanwhile during that same time period I kept seeing new stories pop up in my feed from their IG @philly_custom_metal_fab and their business went on as usual it appears). Weeks go by of him designing an awesome door for me, then the day before install I guess someone shows him a screenshot of the review I took down so his team doesn't show up and stops responding to my calls and texts. Admits to it over text a few days later. Literally wasted 3 months of my time with this back and forth. I'm surprised someone that actually puts out such a good product has absolutely no professionalism. Let's not even talk about the multiple times he promised to get work done or be there at the shop to meet me, and I show up and nothing is done and only his workers who only speak Spanish so I couldn't communicate with anyone to come up with a plan.
