By the time I got there, I was given to a salesman that spoke Spanish and had no clue what I already sent to Jorge. That's great communication right off the bat. All I kept hearing on he phone was "oh yea we'll work with you and get you in your vehicle by tonight". He was very polite and knew what had to be done, very professional in all ways. Told me what needed to be done to get the new insert order and into my window.
