Well, he told me none of my vents were screened, told me all the covers on my less than year old home were plastic. Fortunately I had my home inspection for my 1-yr warranty the following week so I decided to wait to see what the inspector said so I could have the builder cure anything possible. Absolutely zero evidence of anything having been in my attic, zero entry points. Inspector confirmed the covers on the vents are metal and not plastic and that every single vent is already screened. I'm not sure what the guy from A-Tex saw but I trust my inspector more. Just to be safe I had another estimate from a pest company done and they confirmed what my inspector said. Very disappointed and confused about what feels now like a scare tactic with this company. I've never experienced a critter situation before so I felt trusting but now I know to get a second opinion for stuff like this always.
