I would not recommend this company. In my experience, they have been extremely unresponsive to texts and voice messages, making communication very frustrating. I also noticed that many of their review responses appear to be generic AI-generated templates rather than personalized replies. The technician was really kind but I ended up getting a text once the service was completed that I owed an additional $50 more than my original quote because I had to reschedule a day before my appointment date. No discussion about the additional fee was mentioned until after the service was completed. If you want to use a company that is dishonest and has hidden fees, then go ahead and use this one.
