Of the four companies I called, Ronzano dispatched a technician that same afternoon. Luke showed up on time, called before he drove up, and had the issue fixed within 30 minutes. He found some wires crimped together that were shorting out. He made the repair, was courteous, clean, and respected our wishes about wearing shoe coverings on our rug.
