What we received on the day of couldn't have been a bigger nightmare. Not only did she completely eliminate two large arrangements, which we paid over $200 for, but she neglected to tell me and if I hadn't been notified by a bridesmaid, I would have discovered this change while walking down the aisle. Every arrangement was smaller than she said they would be, and our welcome sign was a poorly made, thrown together mess. Several flowers within the bridesmaids' bouquets had to be replaced because they were in such poor condition. She arrived two hours late to setup and hadn't made any of the arrangements prior to coming. Our venue's staff ended up have to pull off a miracle for us to ensure we had everything, including candles, which Liz failed to bring enough of. To make matters worse, I have reached out to her personally to try and discuss what happened and it's been radio silent. It could not have been a worse experience and would have ruined the day if not for our venue's team.
