Ordered an arrangement for my wife for an anniversary. The delivery never arrived. The following day I contacted Trojan Florist to find out what happened. I was given to Ms Conner, the owner, and she proceeded to tell me that the delivery address was in Dayton and they don't deliver to Dayton. The order had been voided. I ordered via the Trojan Florist website and when the Dayton delivery address was entered there was no indication that it was outside their delivery area. Also, I did not receive any correspondence letting me know my order had been voided. Ms Conner made no attempt to make the situation right and instead just gave me a list of Dayton florists to use next time. That's good I suppose since I will not be using Trojan Florist ever again! read more

I sent a 35.00 planter to a funeral in Troy. It was soooo small with a few fresh daisies. It looked like a 20.00 planter with a few fresh cuts! I was embarrassed. This was ridiculous.
