And then you left it there and they fixed it. Now, it's obvious they don't want the local, neighborhood individual with a problem. They make it next to impossible to connect with anyone from just trying to find them on Roosevelt to no one answering the phone when you call them repeatedly just to make an appointment. They couldn't say more clearly, "We don't want you!" Stay away from them, they're not for you.

I agreed to that, even to a $10 cut and trim charge. Unexpectedly and without warning, however, they did a 350% increase on the surcharge! It would have been appropriate to warn me and let me make the choice. I'm not sure I can recommend this, despite their good print quality and generally lovely people.

He was very quick to respond to email and was very interested in having me approve the proof before moving forward with the printing. For my second printing job, I was most impressed on how he was able to change the color very last minute and gave me no grief about it. He is reasonably priced! He runs his business out of his garage, which can be hard to find but I am really happy I found him. Not only was I able to the things I needed printed but I also contributed to the local economy.
