The first order we made with them was great, all items were printed as directed and we were happy. - The second order made was exactly the same, however the positioning of the embroidery was different to the original and was noticeably off. * We had to go back and forth about the specific details we made were clearly not followed, and they covered the correction order! * - Our last order with them was submitted and we never heard back for over a month, come to find out it was never MADE! I gave the faith we would get a courtesy or atleast special attention to see our order through. AND AGAIN, the order was missing a specific patch coloring that was ignored or missed on all items! On top of this we were charged 20% more than we were quoted in-store. * After reviewing with the manager, he blamed the loss of communication on us for not double checking the details after it was submitted over a month ago. Now we have to pay for the order all over again if we want the correct final product * A lot of babysitting with this company and staff, especially if you aren't a large client you'll be provided minimal customer service. ************************************************************** - Pricing 1/5 (charges premium pricing but doesn't provide premium service) - Customer Service 1/5 (no consistency from start to finish) - Quality of Services 4/5 (Good work, just no attention to detail) - Speed 3/5 (Average order time when submitted was 1-2 weeks) Overall I wouldn't recommend if you don't have more than 1,000 item order, even then you'll be taking a chance on accuracy and pricing increases.

He was very quick to respond to email and was very interested in having me approve the proof before moving forward with the printing. For my second printing job, I was most impressed on how he was able to change the color very last minute and gave me no grief about it. He is reasonably priced! He runs his business out of his garage, which can be hard to find but I am really happy I found him. Not only was I able to the things I needed printed but I also contributed to the local economy.

Their delivery service is also worthless. I provided VERY explicit instructions for how to find my apartment, including instructions to call me if there were any difficulties in finding it, and noting that they should ONLY leave the package directly at my door. They never called, and wound up delivering my purchase to someone else, effectively stealing my money. I would not trust this company with another delivery. Call ahead to make sure they have what you want in stock so that you don't waste your time.
