I even called the office back inquiring about missed phone calls - it's been 24 hours & I still haven't heard from anyone. So anyway we show up for our appt, the new time doesn't work for us & I'm told we have to wait another 5 months for an appt - yet there was only 1 person in the waiting room & NO cars in the parking lot. I can't recommend this practice - I work for a doctors office as well & we would never change an appt time unless the patient agreed to it. Obviously Danville Dental does not need any patients I had to add a star review so this would post but I wouldn't even give them a one star rating. They are a big round zero in my book!

We were the only patients and I was brought back immediately. The nurse took my vitals and wrote down my symptoms and health history. Kristen, nurse practitioner, drew blood to check my kidney function and electrolytes and hooked me up to an IV of fluids with an antiemetic. She was fabulous as was the entire staff. I was there for less than two hours and felt 80% better when I left. She gave me thorough and easy to understand instructions on reaching a full recovery. Thank you!

After 3 days of drops not working I went to Durham urgent care. MY EARDRUM WAS 75% BLOCKED DUE TO EAR WAX THAT HAD EXPANDED WHEN WATER GOT IN MY EAR!!!!! HOW COULD SHE NOT SEE THAT!!! After a different type of ear drop and ear irrigation I can hear! All I got from MedAccess were ear drops for an infection I did not have that cost me 70 dollars. Don't go herei if you want good care by a professional who actually cares about patients!!!
