The house was not a mess, but did need to be cleaned for move out, hence why I hired her to conduct a move out cleaning service. Like I said in my previous post, she arrived at my front door (did not enter the home) and had excuses of why she couldn't clean, such as her wrist injury and needing to move storage items the following day. She then entered the homes bathroom and said this is bad and said she could not clean and to find someone else. How do you expect me to find someone at the last minute? I hope you have a better day and your wrist gets better. I did choose Chelsea because of her 5 star review. Although it may have been true for everyone else, it was not in my case. Please, if you know you can't do a job, have the courtesy to just cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to do the job and not injure yourself further. No apology, no nothing.

I am floored about how fanatically cleaned my place is now. They charged me a very reasonable rate for 2x cleaners on an hourly basis. Two very hard working women showed up and cleaned relentlessly, every surface in my house sparkles. I have a collection of rather fragile and expensive books, having called that out they were most respectful and gentle with my favorite possessions. I was already sold halfway through on going with them for regular cleaning, and they just kept going. I keep my place neat, but am very good at not seeing dirt on things like walls / cabinets etc.. and genuinely I didn't notice how dirty my place was... until they came! I have gone on cleaning frenzies in the past, but I have never in my life existed in such a clean space. I am thrilled with how my space is now, the difference is night and day. The deep cleaning was about $500, took about 6 hours, and included bathrooms and disinfection, floors dusting, cobweb removal, cabinet cleaning, vacuuming and mopping, stove and microwave oven cleaning, and carpet vacuuming.
