They charge per window panel, which I have 22. They were finished in 30 minutes, which seemed very quick. At first glance the windows looked great. I failed to open and look at each window while they were still here. Subsequently I've seen that they didn't remove the screens to clean them so the screen frames are not clean. It appears they merely quickly wiped out the window tracks because mud was left. The guys that did the work were very nice and considerate so no fault there. I think the cost was way out of line for 30 minutes and incomplete job. 3 stars is somewhat generous.

I can't speak to their quality of work. This was a move out cleaning, we had already left for our…read morenew home. What I can speak to is their charging for our cleaning. When the owner came to give us a quote she commented on how clean our house ready was and the fact that it would only take about 4 to 5 hours to clean our home. They did not do the outside of the windows, the shed or the garage. The hourly rate was $45.00. Upon receiving the invoice we were charged $581.00. We were charged for 12.5 hours. I called to get clarification on the bill. First I was told the top performing cleaner was assigned to our home and she had a trainee with her and this is why it took longer then I was first quoted. She also said that the home in my neighborhood were a bit larger. I did not feel I should pay extra because they had sent along a trainee. Also, she saw our house, it did not get bigger between the time she saw it and the time the person came to clean it. I was able to get the price reduced to $380. I still feel that we were over charged. If it was going to take 5 hours, at $45.00 that would only be $225.00. Because of all the other issues we had to deal with regarding a move across the country I was just not will to pursue it way further. So I guess this is a caution tale. Be aware of this company. Get the bid in writing.
