Pizza Alley was surprisingly good. We ended up here because there was a Choral Concert we…read moreattended in Mechanicsburg and we were looking for a place to grab a bite to eat close because we had several family members coming in from various places. So I found this place via a search and it worked out. It didn't hit me that it was a bowling alley with food associated with it until I did some more digging into where exactly we were going. There ended up being about 20 of us who wandered in (we didn't really know how many of our family members were going to join us) and we were a bit put off because it is a bowling alley that has food (like most do) and we have never been to a bowling alley just to get food. But it is your typical bowling alley. We couldn't bowl because they had a party going on and then they needed to treat the lanes so we literally decided we may as well try it and see. They had an arcarde room and your typical bowling fare for what you see in most bowling alleys. Bathrooms were relatively clean as well. The pizza was surprisingly good. We got their peperoni sub as well and it was actually pretty good. We went here because they offered a GF pizza crust that wasn't cauliflower based (Yes, my GF daughter can't do a lot of the alternative options for GF) and she said it was pretty good. (Side note...she had some gastro issues on Monday so isn't sure if that was connected to the pizza or not) All in all, the food was good, the service was great and for being an old bowling alley, the place was decent. I will say we ordered 2 sausage pizzas and one was clearly more cheesy than the other. One was the jumbo and the other was just the large, IDK how that would have anything to do with it but there was a clear taste and look difference. Not sure I would suggest bringing a date here for the first time unless you really like to bowl and can bowl...but just know if you bowl and order food, the food won't be a disappointment.

Great pizza or so so pizza, depends on the night. Can be the best in town! They have a wide range…read moreof menu items. Subs, pizza, hamburger, hotdogs and other sandwiches, along with ice cream and treats

Definitely bar that serves food; Not really a restaurant. Smelled like smoke. Hoping it was one…read moreof those dive bars that is actually a hidden gem. Food was pretty good but not anything to get excited about. Server was very nice but food was slow and we were the only ones in the place. Server forgot waters, didn't offer to-go box, etc. Not sure they serve a lot of food there. So if you are passing through and have some time to kill, food decent, and they are friendly and have beer and pool tables. So, go for those things.

I'd heard about this place from coworkers, but it is well out of my way so I never quite made it…read morehere. The other day I had extra time, so I came over. It is a little dive bar in a little town, and I mean that in a good way. Hard to even tell if it is open; not much in the way of signage or lights. But the locals know, and if you're a visitor like me, hey, you came all this way, might as well get out of your car and try the door. I came in the early afternoon, and there were a few customers but it wasn't busy. Inside it is fairly dark, and small, with a big bar and a few tables, plus a stage. Lots of neon lights. Decent menu of the usual bar food, plus Chinese food. Wings, burgers, subs, salads, fried apps, etc., but also fried dumplings, egg rolls, crab Rangoon, stir-fries, and sesame chicken. I wanted to try many things, but stuck with two: fried dumplings, and wings. The dumplings were quickly fried, decent little pockets, with teriyaki sauce. The wings were small but very meaty, and crispy yet with lots of sauce. Not enough to drip off or overwhelm things. I got the spicy bourbon BBQ, which has a touch of heat and tons of flavor. Very, very good wings, worth a detour. Good service, good prices, big portions. Canned drinks. Cash only, so plan ahead. Not really a family place, despite the Leinenkugel "family bucket night" signs, but you could bring the kids during the day. Good as a dive bar, good as a small town restaurant, and good wings. I'll find a way to get back out here.

The food options are pretty limited in Kenton, but this pizza place is pretty solid. We come here…read morewhen we're in town visiting my grandma. This time my husband and I got: - Chicken Ranchero Pizza (14" with Traditional Hand-Tossed Crust) - Italian American Pizza (12" with NY Style Crust) - Cheesy Breadstix The Chicken Ranchero was my preference between the two. I didn't pay close enough attention when ordering and didn't realize the Italian American didn't have sauce. It was good, but I think it would have been a lot better with a tomato sauce. The Cheesy Breadstix were cheesy as advertised and delicious. This continues to be my go to spot in Kenton.

Ask your server what the real prices are before you order. All the prices in the menu are wrong. I…read morediscovered this when I got my bill and saw I was charged more for all the calzones that we ordered than the price in the menu. When I brought this to their attention they acknowledged prices had changed but the menus aren't updated. When I pointed out the price in the menu is the advertised price the owner (through the waitress because he wouldn't face his customers directly) pointed to a statement on the front stating the prices may be different. This is false advertising. The food is really good and the waitress was awesome and she ultimately adjusted the bill (I hope she doesn't get in trouble for doing the right thing). We will not be returning because we don't support shady unethical and illegal practices that this establishment is engaging in.
