Had damage through a storm spring 2022 to a gazebo, parts came damaged, the office instructed their crew to put it up anyways. Over 20 + scratches where the owner and estimated came to view. The owner has the edacity of accusing us of creating the damage ourselves? Who the hell does this guy thing he is? New parts ordered, winter fell and now we are in 2023. Constant emails, if we didn't contact them, they certainly did not contact us. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company! Paul Davis Systems was hired by our insurance company after we had a complete loss due to fire. They responded quickly to secure the site with fencing however after that they took every opportunity to drag in order to invoice the insurance company for things that could have been handled sooner. In my mind, they slowed our build process by at lease 2 months by delaying or dragging ... Would I recommend them, NO. read more
