He left the carpet more wet then past cleaners, and after a few hours, I noticed the carpets weren't cleaned (seems to have just been water, no chemicals / soap / cleaner) - the minor juice stains on the carpet remained, and the staircase was more smelly then it was before. I called him and he said everything was clean, that he has been doing this for 20 years and that he has no complaints. I doubt this, even though there are no reviews for or against him and his business posted, so here I am posting mine.

Company came in to do some work for insurance for landlord/property manager. Left apartment a…read moredisaster, clipped electrical cord in bathroom to only plug (was working before I left for work in the morning and before they started working), chunks of plaster and tile everywhere in bathroom, filthy walls with film of drywall dust everywhere, nothing wiped down or attempted to be cleaned, even toilet paper filthy, nothing covered, with no insulation in ceiling, Had to vacuum with work shoes on before I could even walk in my apartment so I wouldn't track through rest of apartment. Had to vacuum bathtub out to have a shower after work. A/C unit now running 24/7 (on my hydro of course) and bathroom is hot due to no insulation in ceiling. Contacted company, told "we don't touch anything electrical and can't do anything before insurance approval". The mess of course, not their problem unless I send them pictures of the door frames (which I would not live with chunks of ceiling plaster on door frames and filthy walls, etc). Shouldn't have to send pictures after they know they were in the unit. They told me I have to speak to my property management to get this issue resolved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are just after the insurance money, they don't care about the problems they leave behind!!!!!

The owner has the edacity of accusing us of creating the damage ourselves? Who the hell does this guy thing he is? New parts ordered, winter fell and now we are in 2023. Constant emails, if we didn't contact them, they certainly did not contact us. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company! There are many others that do work in a timely fashion and do not gouge the insurance company's.

In my mind, they slowed our build process by at lease 2 months by delaying or dragging ... Would I recommend them, NO.
