Always a good experience until now!!During a routine oil change,this time they broke my entire hood latch handle from car interior. I find it laying on the floor board after a 6 hour oil change!!!At that point they accessed the damage,ordered replacement parts, and opened a repair order.I stop by to see if they have the replacement hood latch they in fact do. The kicker. They want to charge me for the damage the tech did to my truck! I can afford it. It is a matter of principle!! You are negligent you broke my truck handle!! Why should I pay?! Shout out to Paul Heuring Ford!! I needed an oil change like...bad. My car was yelling at me this morning on the way to work. (Scheduled an oil change soon!) yes yes I know. Typical female. Last minute! I was able to contact someone at Paul Heuring to schedule an appointment. Super easy! They now offer a mobile oil change service! They legit sent someone out to my work place and changed my oil--the works! He was done in less than an hour. Super friendly team. Sean in the service department was very sweet, friendly, and easy to talk to. (I've had some bad experiences elsewhere when males took advantage of me about my car.) Kyle, the tech who came out, mirrored Sean. Super friendly, explained everything and listened to my concerns. I told him that yours truly (with help from my uncle) changed the brake pads, so those should still be good. We checked the rotors too, and I knew they were okay. Once he was done with the service he checked in with me. Explaining everything he did (not like I wasn't watching him through the window at work! Haha) he said my brake pads and rotors looked great still. ‍ duh. Haha the only thing he recommended was possibly getting a new cabin air filter, but it wasn't dire. Just recommended having someone check it next oil change to see. I was surprised, again with taken advantage at previous places, I was expecting him to try to force me to buy a new one. But he didn't. He said it was minimal debris in it. I told him I respect his honesty! (Saving this momma some money is always nice)...easy payment and boom done! I was interested in a vehicle they had listed online. I contacted them about it. In reading through all the info listed with the vehicle, I noticed it had an open recall. Roman contacted me to schedule a test drive, I mentioned the open recall. He said they would probably take care of it. Then, Bruce Hemminger contacted me and suggested I test drive it before they deal with the open recall(doesn't cost dealership any money to get recall resolved). If I wasn't going to buy it after the test drive, no reason to get recall resolved. Translation - Hopefully no one else will notice the open recall. I then got an email from Ashley about coming in to test drive, when I asked about the recall issue, she said she would get back to me. She didn't. Two days later, the price of the vehicle was raised by $900.00. I emailed Ashley about this, she again said she would get back to me. She didn't. Moral of the story, my impression is that they are selling cars they know have issues but they don't want the potential buyer to know. If the potential buyer does, it's best to ignore them as they can afford to lose customers I guess. read more

Attempted to get a trailer brake control module programmed today in the service department. They were getting an error code, and told me they had no idea what it was. They assumed that the module was faulty, and told me to send it back and request a new one from the place I purchased it. Otherwise, they said that would sell me one of their's and install it for a grand total of $600. I called the place I purchased the module from (paid $90 for the module from another Ford dealership) and they told me to look for a particular fuse in the fuse box for the module that I was getting programmed. Reason being is because the trucks come from the factory without the fuse, because they assume that the customer will add the fuse if they ever plan on adding the trailer brake control module. Low and behold, the fuse was missing. SIMPLE FIX. All that needed to be done was to add a 30A fuse in position #24 in the fuse box. I called the service department back to let them know that the missing fuse was the problem, and they told me to go to Autozone and buy the fuse then bring the truck back. They claimed that they don't have any fuses in their shop. They have an entire parts department, but claim to have no fuses.... in an AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP. Paul Heuring service department had absolutely no idea that they needed to check to make sure that the fuse needed for this particular part was blown, or even present for that matter. And to top it off, they wanted to charge me $600 to install "their" equipment, when all that needed to be done was to add a fuse. They are CROOKS. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you need work done to your Ford. read more

We bought a Ford Flex from them and they tried to add an 'Environmental Package' for $1999, making it sound like it was a mandatory thing. We actually signed the contract with that on there. We went home for the evening with the understanding to pick the new vehicle up the next day. I researched the 'environmental package' that evening plus made a few phone calls the next morning and determined that the package was something that we didn't have to take. I called them and talked to Mike the sales manager and told him the deal is off if they didn't take the package off the contract. They DID take it off, but we're pretty miffed that they tried to do it in the first place, we will not deal with them in the future! So buyer beware! read more

My father brought his 2009 F-150 there for an oil change. Just an oil change. $60 max. This truck is meticulously maintained and stays in either a storage unit covered or in the garage. Perfect condition. They told him when they went to put his oil plug back in, they stripped it out. Then they had the nerve to tell him he will have to pay for the new oil pan. $250 for THEIR MISTAKE. How can you even be in business with a model like that? They were originally going to charge him for labor as well. Over $800 total. Worst Ford dealership in NWI by far. read more

SCAM ALERT! I received there material in the mail stating I had won something, I should've known better. I called to confirm and they assured me everything was on the up and up. Upon arrival after a half hour hard sell attempt from someone who looked like an 1970's gigolo I was shown a wrinkled up piece of paper and told my numbers didn't match, but they would give me a five dollar Walmart gift card. looked into a used 2014 mustang. it had 27k miles ( high.) And the interior was in horrible shape with seat brackets rusted and scrapes and gashes so we were still willing to buy for the right price. the sticker price was 21,500. But kbb, nada, and black book all say it's value is 16,500 to 19k in excellent condition. this car was in fair condtion for a year old. They dealer siad the book value was around 26. haha for a base v6 mustang thats brand new price maybe. so the manager came out to haggle us and tried to play price games with us like monthly payment and all that bull! Even tried to play my PREGNANT wife against me. He wouldnt come down even close to real retail value. He accidently admited to me, he over paid for the car in trade to sell a new car. So I informed him, that's not my problem he went upside down on a trade. I told him I wasn't his escape goat to bail him out of his bad decision, by making one myself. The absolute WORST dealership I have ever dealt with! I waited FOUR hours for the finance manager to show up and close the sale on my vehicle! And then discovered that they LIED about my payment amount- it ended up being much higher than I was told it would be- and I bought it during a promotional event, which is absolutely a time when the finance people SHOULD have been on site. We were lied to about the payment, the start date and about there being a second set of keys to the vehicle. Just lies and the living embodiment of EVERY negative stereotype you hear about car dealerships... The salespeople were amazing and are THE ONLY REASON I bought the vehicle- and no, they do not work for this horrendous, stealing outfit.. And of course, when I brought up all the blatant LIES that I was told by the finance manager- not my salesman- all she could do was play dumb! She actually said that she had NOTHING TO DO with the contract!! So, not only were we lied to, ripped off, I was made to wait FOUR HOURS after having surgery.. She also insults my intelligence? For the 4k she made in commission off my purchase, I should at least get an apology.. Trust me, there are several more honest dealerships to do business with... When I explained to the man my reason for calling he got very agitated at me saying I am not a winner and you have to read. I had read and hadn't found my answer and thus my reason for calling. I was only inquiring and not in any way looking for an argument. The man continued talking aggressively towards me and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise, so I eventually just hung up on him.
