I would not recommend anyone to hire this company! They did a job for us and (in my opinion) they…read moretotally ripped us off. We had to hire an attorney to deal with him! We had a contract for him to remove fill dirt and put down erosion control, and he did not seem to follow the contract on many levels. We had to hire someone else to correct what they did because we continued to have issues. Consultants told us that he left 3-4 feet of dirt that was all supposed to have been removed down to native and that he put the erosion materiel the wrong way on the hill. We asked him to come back and fix what he failed to do, but he refused. If you want someone honest, in my opinion, I would not recommend anyone hire this guy!

This issue appears to be a bad batch of concrete which is not our fault. There were other issues with them that we overlooked but this is a major issue and that at least calls for a return call. Based on their lack of following up on our complaint I would recommend not using them.

Cole and Brett were in continuous contact and worked with me on minor tweaks that were needed as they discovered things during the project. They did an excavation and placement of a rock wall at the back of our property to allow for more building space. It looks amazing and I can't wait until spring when I can plant things in the built in ledge they recommended. I HIGHLY recommend them for any project that is in your future. The work was completed well, and I'm happy with the outcome. When it came time for billing, I was surprised to learn that a second technician had been onsite, as that hadn't been discussed in advance. As a result, the labor cost came in about 2x higher than I expected. To be fair, I live on the second floor of a condo (with elevator access), and the installation was more complex due to the flooring, so I don't question the time or effort involved. To avoid any budget surprises, I would recommend confirming upfront how many technicians will be assigned to the job. Overall, I would work with Jason again and would recommend him to others. UPDATE- I had a small leak with one of the toilets and Jason came out right away to adjust it. He definitely stands behind his work! I originally set the review at 4 stars, but have adjusted it up to 5 stars because of this. Thanks Jason!
