If you want to waste your time, schedule a nail appointment, get there a couple minutes early, have a seat, listen to obnoxiously loud music, be ignored, then after waiting 15 minutes, give up and leave. No one will notice or ask you what's up. What a joke. There were plenty of people, but no one was interested in a customer. If they are teaching customer service here, they can all expect to fail miserably. read more
