Since drone insurance isn't a common request, I figured I wouldn't get answers until someone researched it. Jose was knowledgeable about drone policies and took the time to explain everything to me. He gave me a quote and was in the process of setting up the policy when he called me back and said it'd be cheaper than he originally thought (I appreciate his honesty). Jose was great at communicating with me and called to keep me updated every step of the way. He had my new policy active the same day that I called. He was thorough in explaining what I needed and didn't need. He went out of his way to be polite and courteous to me. Had the representative told me if I don't cancel then my premium would go up instead of trying to sell me another plan and I swear on GOD, my mother and everything that I was told after my 10 years of paying it would cancel itself. The representative said that when he called me so I didn't feel I needed to answer him. But whatever I'm out $700 and you get 1 star. Guess that makes us even .
