Regardless of the difficulty of some of these exercises, her professionalism, knowledge, and positive attitude encouraged me work my hardest at improving my balance. Also she is a good listener and always answered my questions or concerns. I also felt more optimistic as I slowly improved with these exercises and challenging me to do better.
