Not long after that, I started going to Dr. Lyos (at his location in the Woodlands) for these treatments. As the years passed, and my areas of concern changed, I'd ask Dr. Lyos for his opinion on addressing these new areas. If you haven't met him yet, you need to understand a little about Dr. Lyos. He's professional, reserved, and he won't recommend or support any treatment that won't give you the results you're hoping for. (And, more importantly, he'll politely inform you if your expectations are in need of a reset.) Moreover, he's not a plastic surgeon who's keen on completely overhauling the way you look--so, if you're going in hoping to **subtly** enhance your lips, or get rid of your wrinkles, you won't have to worry about coming out looking like Kylie Jenner, or like someone's pulling your whole scalp back. I left three voicemails before anyone called me back (they never answer the phone). When they did finally call me back, they didn't know his schedule or availability for a consultation and told me they would call me back again the following week, once they had a chance to talk to him. That was two weeks ago, and I still haven't heard back from them, so I set up an appointment with a different surgeon at a different practice. I had multiple problems with his staff during my first surgery, and I was hoping he fixed them, but apparently it's only gotten worse.

The front office is poorly organized and managed. The front office staff is completely atrocious with their customer care, whether on the phone or in person. The fact they are so disorganized speaks volumes to their practice. If I was a Doctor here, I would be embarrassed to have these individuals representing my practice! UPDATE: My wife went to pickup my paperwork information after they "magically" found it. They didn't even ask for her name when she went to pick it up. So basically, anyone could go in there and "say" they are there to pick something up for someone and your HIPAA rights might get violated! Also, they complained about the "doctor" I named, despite telling me this WAS the name of the doctor I saw. So whether it was Dr. Buczek or Dr. Vidovic is inconsequential at this point, because apparently, even their front desk staff can't keep up. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I thought he would give me some kind of restrictions going back to work, but he didn't. I asked why to the receptionist she went back to try to find him, but he brushed me out the way like you're out of my care now & He sent me back to the one who referred me to him, and said "he would be the one to give you restrictions". I go to that doctor Bui at Consentra on Friday 29th of August, and he acted like he didn't even know why I was there, and he was wondering why I was sent back to him and I said "well Dr Buczek said that you would be the one to give the restrictions of what I can do when I go back to work", he said "no whatever he (Dr.Buczek) says is what goes. I was so upset with that because Buczek blatantly lied to me and told me that original Doctor Bui who referred me to him, is the one that can give me my restrictions to my job. now I got to go back to this job at Amazon next Wednesday on the 4th in the warehouse & trucks lifting these heavy boxes and I'm only four and a half weeks close to 5 weeks after surgery for hernia!
