My 30 min consultation with Katherine was really helpful! I learned formatting tips and ways to beef up my resume by adding a header, summary, and core competencies and creating sectional dividers. She recommended outcome-based bullet points that highlight the benefits and quantify the results rather than a laundry list of tasks. Katherine was friendly and thorough and even had enough time to quickly proofread my hubby's resume. It was really nice to get an extra set of eyes! While the $299 starter package seems a bit pricey, it's a good deal considering that you are equipped with the A team of an interviewer, drafter, and editor. I have found that the girls went from initially not being able to specifically voice and contemplate questions about a story to now be able to think very critically about all levels of a story. The discussions really provide the kids with questions that spark curiosity about their reading and adapt their thinking to expand on a story at different levels (e.g., on a local and global level). For example, how the kids empathize with characters and/or providing them with a structure to discuss their own inferences on the story or a character while including support for their thoughts (utilizing both examples from their own lives as well as from the text).
