After a lengthy email exchange (with the most prompt response times on his part ever!!), I had full confidence in Eddie and decided to hire him to help me search. Until then, I had no idea a realtor could help me find a rental. All in all, it was the easiest rental search I've ever done, and we have moved a LOT over the years for my husband's work. Eddie says he's been in the business for 30 years, and it shows. He was able to answer every question I have, make sure I didn't forget things at the apartment showing (only had to do one to find the right place, and it's perfect!!), put my mind at ease when I was worried about delays in communication with the rental company, and in general just have a relaxed, no-nonsense, professional, and confident manor, which I found so helpful in the stressful hunting process.
