If a business has too much work to take on more why don't they let people know that in the automated email or even better attach a referral list to their automated email and just take it down once they are in a better place to take on business. It is difficult enough to find businesses that specializes in the LGBT Family Services but when you go as far as to advertise it and then drop the ball it is really disheartening because it is not like we have an unlimited amount of specialty businesses to pull from.
