He thanked me for my first review and then he reviewed an "epi" treatment, in the event that I may have an adverse reaction to the allergy treatments. Another good visit. At this point I would highly recommend Doctor Randhawa and his team (especially Kim). I feel 80% better than a few weeks ago (short term) and Dr. Randhawa has initiated the first of many treatments to insure my long term sinus health. This year my sinus condition was particularly bad so I looked around for ENT doctors near me. Nothing seemed to work, so I went "out of network" to Dr. Mandel's office in Plantation, which had been recommended to me. And I'm very glad that I did! Dr. Mandel is highly skilled, compassionate person and offers individual treatment plans to suit his patient's needs. His staff is exceptional, professional and friendly (in-take, reception, PAs and managers - all). The office is well run and they are responsive your your questions and calls. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is due to the wait times, which can be pretty long. I understand they're always busy, but at times it feels like they may be overbooked. All of the staff were wonderful - Dr. Cox, Lisa, and Randi took great care of me and were very thorough in trying to help me figure out my mysterious food allergy.
