The staff is always very nice and accommodating as well as honoring appointments. Since I usually have to take some time off of work, its nice to know that when I show up I will be seen at that time. They also have an outstanding system that calls to remind me of appointments 48 hours before and then a text message sent the night before. As for Dr. Johnson, his expertise regarding my ears and overall knowledge is second to none in my opinion. He is always spot on with his diagnosis, my symptoms, what to expect during the recovery, and overall time frame. He is the Doctor that I will always blindly trust due to his extensive knowledge and experience. Obviously that is the most important feature, but his friendliness and demeanor is something very special. I feel sometimes Doctors do not get enough credit for being outstanding...thank you Dr. Johnson

What kind of answer is that! My nose is raw and sore from them already. It's not like I could put them on my ass and breathe. He came highly recommended by a plastic surgeon that I saw. Even if he could have helped me and if he offered to do it for free, I would pass in a heartbeat! The man has no empathy and needs to learn compassion!! Remember there are plenty of great ENT's out there. There is no need for such a stupid, rude response to someone who is desperately trying to find relief breathing and not having facial pressure and headaches everyday! Us patients pay your bills! Spending ample time with me at each appointment no matter how significant or insignificant it was. They are absolutely thorough, working to cover every base. Albeit I am not good at "following instructions" like going to see the referrals for preventative consultations. They do make sure they at least make the recommendations. I believe that as a Dr's Office the can be as involved or not involved as the patient wants them to be. Fortunately, my health is ok and it's my choice to have them be involved as needed. For others I know there is great follow up to appointments and for results. The staff is incredibly attentive also, in fact, I just called in to have my meds adjusted and refilled and was attended to immediately. This kind of practice is hard to find in the world of managed healthcare. I highly recommend them and would tell you to read the bad reviews, but don't pay too much attention to them as, I personally, never experienced that kind of treatment. 5 Stars to the Dr, his PA's and Staff!

Dr. Goldstein was also welcoming, she was patient and friendly, yet very professional. She took all the time I needed to explain my condition, which made me feel she really cared. He always asks pertinent, personal information to make sure I'm doing what's right and if I'm not, he provides tools to keep me on track. It's a small office and his staff is just great. I am aware that they treat one another like family and maybe that rubs some the wrong way but DEFINETELY NOT ME. It's not fair to go by one patient's negative review. If you're looking for an endocrinologist, I recommend Dr. Jeffrey Pollack. Different strokes for different folks!
