Was taken back into the room and told they couldn't massage me because I disclosed on the paper about a medical condition I had that they wouldn't have caught from giving me a massage. They said they didn't have gloves on hand. Which I think should have been there already. Its not like I had Leprosy but I felt like I did when I left there. I made an appointment elsewhere and I will not be coming back here even if they are "prepared" for me. My paperwork wasn't read until 15 minutes before my appointment time and since I don't drive I had to pay $30 to get there.

The therapist then grabbed his hips and said, "Women don't want this. I can't even massage you because there's nothing there." These comments were completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and humiliating. No client should ever be body-shamed or made to feel inadequate because of their appearance. A massage therapist's job is to help clients feel comfortable and cared for, not criticize their body or make personal remarks about their attractiveness. My friend left feeling embarrassed, devastated, and far worse than when he arrived. I hope the business takes this seriously so no one else has to experience this kind of treatment.
