No appointments are taken or required. It's located in a large retail space. I wouldn't say it's the coziest, or the most relaxing "spa" I've been to but for the price (which runs about $1 a minute, a little more for deep tissue) it's a bargain. The have some chairs out front for foot massages, and the special massage chairs you lean over for a back massage, but also private rooms which is what I prefer. Unforunately it is located next to the new arcade/amusement feature that replaced Sears so it's not relaxing. Better if you get a room as it's muffled out some, but still not the ideal setting. They will massage whatever you want them to, but this is NOT a happy ending kind of place. IT IS STRICTLY A MASSAGE. I've had a back massage, as well as a full body, and I will say I enjoyed the back massage better. That's my problem area and she really worked it good, completing the session with hot rocks, which was unexpected but now a must. When I had an all over body, the legs, feet, and arm portion was lame. She wrapped my limbs in a sheet and stroked on top of the sheet, so it wasn't really a massage. Actually when you rub up and down on the same spot over and over it becomes annoying. Both times I had a girl named Tina. The second time I did request her. I think she does a wonderful job on my back. I will say there is a few negatives other than the noise. One being that they are cash only. They say there's a problem with their machine but it's been like that both visits. Also when you're undressed and on the table in the room they do leave often - to grab hot towels, rocks, etc as those items are not in the room. They do leave the door open, so attention to privacy during those times is not considered. There was also a few times during both sessions that they yelled to each other between rooms in their native langague which kills the relaxation vibe. During my full body massage when she was working with me on my stomach she did go very low, like crack highway and tried to give my cheeks a rub. I quickly pulled up the sheet and she got the hint. Communication is sometimes challenging. Lastly make sure you tip and tip well. At least $10 for 30-40 minutes, $5 and you'll get stink eye. Google reviews actually mention them freaking out over what they considered to be inadequate tipping.

The therapist was very sweet and had a great healing energy. The therapist was up front that she didn't understand English very well, which wasn't a problem for me because she understood the important things, like where my knots were. It was also a different style of massage than many Lancaster Countians may be used to. It was more of a Thai style which is more hands on. I'm not very modest or shy when it comes to massages, so again, not a problem for me. I would recommend others to be clear about which areas they do not want massaged- pecs, stomach, glutes, for example, if that's an issue. I loved the attention to my knots and free hot stones! It left me loose and pain free for a month. I'll be back.

She said she could only do 45 minutes so I said OK. Living close by I went right over . I noticed this was a different woman that I had had a month ago. No problem . The place is very clean and very comfortable however they have no music, I tried to ask her to play soft spa music but she just ignored me. So I used my phone. It helps to relax. if you don't bring ur phone in and play ur own u can hear the traffic etc from outside. So my phone was next to me playing spa music. Just ridiculous I asked her to play some but there is a big language barrier . Before starting, she asked me to pre-pay which I have no problem doing that but I will not tip them until massage is finished. Then she told me the price had been increased. Shes showed me a text message that said OWNER RAISED PRICE. They have a price list right on the wall. I know what I paid four weeks ago, so the price was now increased. OK well I'm gonna take that out of your tip because that's not OK. If you want to raise the price, you better make sure you have trained people in there and the Massage given to the customer is worth it. OK I paid for 45 min there is no relaxing with this Massage. She starts out rough, and finishes rough. There's no downtime , since there's no soothing music. There's no face massage no neck or hand nothing soothing and to anyone who gets massages-I think you know what I mean. Just bing bang done. I had to ask her to use oil again... and when she did, although she did get a hot towel, she then started to dry my skin off with paper towel towels!! ‍‍‍ These people are not trained as massage therapist. There is no way they are licensed therapist!! she gave me a massage like she would give her daughter or friend. No pressure points. Everything was very quick. And rough, banging on my back then she had me sit up so she could massage my back. This was very odd. I wasted $80. Not happy about it. I'm tempted to call them and go get my money back. I did give her $20 extra for her time and for having me come in so quickly but the more I think about it the more I annoyed I become. When I asked for change the women acted like I was supposed to give them each $20. I asked for change a few times. I should've just grabbed a $20 back. It is my decision to decide how much you get tipped. I left feeling ripped off and I'm still thinking about it. I would go elsewhere. They stole themselves a 34% tip.
