I am writing this review to share my experience with Dallas Flower Walls so that other customers…read moreare aware of their business practices. We had a Net 30 payment agreement in place. During that Net 30 period, I was contacted more than eight times regarding payment. I proactively informed them in advance that I was dealing with a family situation and that payment might be slightly late. Despite this, I continued to make good-faith payments. Before the Net 30 period was even 30 days past, I was contacted by the owner and told that if payment was not received by a specific date, she would go on social media and state that I had not paid at all. Shortly after, the owner publicly posted my name online, tagged news agencies, my employer, and others, and made statements implying that I had paid nothing, which was not true. These posts went viral and caused reputational harm. We sent a cease-and-desist, which was ignored. When we informed her that payment was ready via certified cashier's check, she refused to accept it, stating she would not meet in person and did not want a cashier's check. I followed up with her husband to confirm pickup of the check and received no response. Despite refusing payment, she continued posting publicly that I owed her money. Months later, she went to my former workplace and posted documents on their door making the same claims. She later contacted me again requesting payment, yet still refused to pick it up. Throughout this time, I received messages from strangers online telling me to pay her, based on her posts using my name and likeness. Most recently, she made another post repeating these claims, again omitting the fact that she refused payment, and escalated further by going to my son's place of employment. This experience has resulted in lost business, harassment, and ongoing defamation, all despite documented attempts to pay. I strongly encourage potential customers to review her social media activity carefully and proceed with caution. This level of conduct is unacceptable for any business owner.

You confirmed that you do bouquet preservation, and asked us to provide photos, but also stated that you were busy so you could not stop by to pick up the bouquet until Monday - it's under 20 minutes of driving distance to your business location, so distance wasn't a challenge, and we would've gladly dropped it off had you asked. She called you again around noon today, which you answered and said to stop by around 6PM to pick up the bouquet. We texted you again around 7PM after waiting. I will never forget how the hope and light on my wife's face faded to disappointment in the spam of a minute or so. You forgot, and claimed that because you have so much other Thanksgiving business to handle, you have to leave town and will not be stopping by. The flowers have started to wilt since last week. We waited by your request and now my wife will not have her wedding bouquet preserved. Disappointment and disrespect don't even begin to describe what you've managed to achieve. If you've ever wondered how you could possibly provide the worst service via negligence and casual callousness, then this is it.

What sets Ketan Uncle apart from many other decorators is that he, as the owner, showed up to multiple events to make sure things were handled perfectly. He made me feel like his daughter through this entire planning process. He puts so much of his heart and soul into each decor backdrop, that the entire venue looks covered in love. In addition to helping with smaller family functions at home (i.e. birthday parties, poojas, etc), Ketan Uncle did all of the decor for my wedding. He met with us often the year leading up to events to make sure each one had a unique look and was better than the last. My breath was taken away by how beautiful our first event was. What astounded me the most was that each subsequent event was even more beautiful than the previous one. No matter how avante guarde I made a theme, Ketan uncle could not disappoint. Ketan Uncle, can you make me a Bridgerton Bridal shower? "No problem beta." Ketan Uncle, my fiancé proposed to me in central park. Can you make that my Sangeet theme? "Yes of course - I already have a custom gate decorated for you." Even when I came up with a "Maharaja Speakeasy (i.e. Indian Great Gatsby) theme for my reception, everyone else looked at me like I had 10 heads. Ketan Uncle's response was "Don't worry - I can handle it. Just send me a picture or two." YES, Ketan Uncle is the glue that held my wedding week together. In addition to the decor for the main functions, we had also asked for my room to be decorated for the day of the wedding. Ketan uncle already planned a beautiful backdrop. However, he only found out at midnight (the night before my wedding), it would not be able to make it through the hotel elevators. He stayed up the entire night between my Sangeet and Wedding day to craft a new backdrop and also to make sure that my wedding day felt like a fairytale. What I really loved about Ketan Uncle was that he didn't simply agree to any request I asked for. He truly listened to my vision and came up with better suggestions to make everything pop even more. For example, I wanted my Haldi to be Mediterranean/Santorini/Greek themed with lots of White and Blue. I was sure I had to have blue flowers. Ketan uncle nicely hinted that blue flowers might look fake/tacky (even if they were high quality), because these are usually dyed. He gently suggested using whites, creams, and yellows to keep with my theme, but have a much more polished look. I give this as just one example. However, there were dozens of suggestions that Ketan Uncle brought up that were invaluable. I just wish I had the vocabulary to describe what a great job he did. The decor was simply ineffable. He was very accommodating and was willing to step out if his comfort zone to create a look that I wanted to try for my wedding and reception. He has everything you can imagine for south Asian weddings in his warehouse and if he doesn't have something, he's willing to create it for you (he's also a designer!). His niche for knowing what pieces fit together is a great gift and I'm so glad we decided to use him for our decorator and florals! Also, our parents loved him as he knew what Puja items we needed and already had a great relationship with our other vendors including my makeup and hair artist, planners and DJ.
