I would have to text constantly to find out what was going on and it was always something came up and the oh woohs me. I got quoted $100 for tree removal but then they didn't finish and then wouldn't refund me my money for not finishing. Trying to tell me I was quoted $150 which I wasn't. So now I'm left with trees that need to be removed and no one to cut my lawn. I'm empathetic but I believe they had bad managing skills and now I'm out the money to get rid of the last tree which is the tree i really needed removed. Dont use them they have no time managing skills and quite clearly want your empathy for their hard ships but have no empathy for screwing you over and not following through. They also only did half of my neighbors yard and couldn't finish for whatever reason but wouldn't refund her to hire someone else to finish the job.
