The services provided, other than answering questions on their own time, also came across as near bare minimum effort because it was equal to that of a public defense attorney, only money actually had to forked up to retain the "help" I was provided with. Upon the resolution of the case even further confusion was caused as an additional mix-up with phone number, and so bottom line I would not recommend Robert Bradfield based on the communication efforts & confusion in getting an answer. I once went to an arbitration meeting that got canceled and no one told me so I took a day off of work, battled morning rush hour traffic and paid for parking for nothing. I had to email the company several times for status updates and finally had to contact State Farm to get everything moving along. I assume State Farm gives these companies a retainer and they try to use up every bit of it. In the meantime the customer is left waiting. Maybe they are better if you're a direct client but and an indirect one, you are lost in the shuffle. The whole process of being in a traffic crash sucks from the insurance, the repair shop, the lawyers on both sides, the court system, etc. Avoid it at all costs.
