I wanted to get him another one and I stopped by one day and there was no one in the store. I waited... waited some more and waiting some more. Called the store to maybe get someone's attention.... nothing. No signs up, door unlocked... but no one around. I left and thought I'd try again later after running some errands. Came back about an hour and a half later to the same thing except there was a sign on the front desk this time saying "sorry for the inconvenience we are currently busy." ?!??? Not set up to be very efficient when I was here an hour and a half ago with no help and now your busy ? I called the store probably seven times, no answer so I just said "hello" to see if anyone was in the building and just didn't hear me come in... I waited about ten minutes and two people finally popped out a room and said "can I help you?!?! " in the rudest tone. And I asked if it would be possible to purchase a giftcard ? And one of them says ...." ummm.. yea. Give me a minute." And the other says... "uhh... there's a sign up." And walks back into the room. I waited almost ten more minutes and left.
