The contract said they were supposed to level the floor to the existing house floor. The actual floor ended up 6" out of level leaving a significant drop. They refused to make it right. It cost me thousands to get it within 3" of level. They also cut the enlarged entrance out of square. That cost me an additional 300 to square it up. I do not recommend then to do anything. A company that won't correct errors need to gho out of business.
