He was very personable and, after talking with him for a couple minutes, it was apparent he was very knowledgeable. Although my situation was extremely unique, he had worked up a plan within minutes to repair and stabilize the wall. He came back out within a week and had it fixed up at a very fair price! I hired JD concrete to raise a garage floor, block in the old garage door entrance and enlarge a…read moreside door into the garage. The contract said they were supposed to level the floor to the existing house floor. The actual floor ended up 6" out of level leaving a significant drop. They refused to make it right. It cost me thousands to get it within 3" of level. They also cut the enlarged entrance out of square. That cost me an additional 300 to square it up. I do not recommend then to do anything. A company that won't correct errors need to gho out of business.

During a remodel, we discovered the wood flooring beneath vinyl plank flooring (yes, someone…read moreinstalled new flooring on top of old flooring) had water damage and black mold on it. There were cracks in the foundation that ran from one exterior wall to another exterior wall presumably allowing moisture to enter the house from below the foundation damaging the flooring. I Googled and found Alpha Foundations. The company had a lot of great reviews. After meeting with the salesperson, we contracted with the company to void fill by injecting expandable polyfoam under the foundation to stabilize our front room, kitchen, and living room. They were able to schedule the repair within 3 weeks. The Foreman Joshua Woodfork called the evening before to let me know his estimated time of arrival the next morning. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and got started right away. He took pictures as he made the repair and texted them to me afterward. He injected areas as planned and used his level to make sure it stabilized / compacted with the dirt. He went around every room and the level changed 0.1 (10th of an inch) to ensure stabilization. He drilled the injection holes 3-4 feet apart covering the entire section on contract. The repair came with a 5 year warranty with annual inspections. The company keeps a record of what was recommended and what was done for annual inspections. I highly recommend Josh and Alpha Foundations!

5-30-26 update: Kyle, Anthony, and Chase with Alpha…read moreFoundations came out around 10am and replaced the 8-foot beams with 10-foot beams and added another Intelli jack. They were able to fix most of the issues I had been dealing with since the intel jacks were first installed around August 2025. It took almost a year, but Alpha Foundation stood by their product and their work and made things right. As long as everything stays the way it is now then Alpha Foundations and their Intelli jacks succeeded in stabilizing my floors. Kyle, Anthony, and Chase did a fantastic job today they were fast professional and made my floors as stable as they could. They were able to take out a lot of the waves I was experiencing on my floors. Brian Johnson
