Lester came and gave us options on cleaning and resealing our large, sun-faded red brick/paver drive way, and all of the travertine around our pool, and adjusting the masonry retaining walls around the flowerbeds and garden areas. We agreed on a price and started the project during the bad storms we had intermittently in late July/early August. We were not completely satisfied with the initial appearance of the eventual, finished results. However after some minor communication problems, Lester's guys came and applied another coat of sealer to the driveway. We have been very pleased with the finished product, and feel like we got our money's worth. We would definitely consider contracting with them again when another maintenance job is required. I am so thankful that Aaron, the new owner of Paver Solutions, took the time to reach out to me. I will admit, after my previous experience with this company, my expectations were almost none existent. I thought it would actually be a waste of both of our time and would end up just being more upsetting than anything else. I was wrong. Which I'm still a little shocked about to be honest. Not only was Aaron polite and respectful but he took the time to listen to my disappointments and could see with his own eyes that the job was done incorrectly. He asked questions, talked me through everything and apologized for what we had previously experienced with the company. That goes a very long way with myself and my husband. He reassured me that they would make it right and they absolutely did. No hidden fees, no long wait times, no bad attitudes, etc. He kept in constant contact with me to let me know what was happening and even showed up himself to make sure everything was done correctly. This experience was the complete opposite of our previous one. I no longer feel anger and disappointment EVERY single time I walk into my backyard. Its a great feeling. We are so impressed by the new ownership of Paver Solutions that we are going to use them for our driveway as well. If that doesn't convey how much our faith is restored, nothing will. read more

Didn't finish job. Dishonest. We had to hire another company to correct our pool area and driveway. Pavers Solutions put a lien on our home. This was very upsetting to us. We reported them to Better Business Bureau and they lied to them. It was a very expensive cost to correct their work and now we have a lien on our home. Thanks NO STAR. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE read more

Paver Solutions did a great job at our house, a large driveway in the front and a large area around the pool in the back. It turned out beautifully, and Aaron is so nice to work with. All questions and concerns were addressed right away, we could not be happier. read more

The estimate was in line with several other companies. What we liked about them was the explanation of how the pavers were installed i.e. the ICPA standard. The other companies also used this installation standard, but Paver Solutions just put more emphasis on it and explained it better. There were some delays getting our job started outside of their control and due to the weather. Once the installation started things went smoothly. After installation I noticed two major issues with installation and a major billing discrepancy. |1) the driveway was crooked. started straight, then after a walkway to the front door all the pavers were shifted one brick (6") over. Their forman's response to this was that the whole driveway was 16' (the other side was shifted also) so it was according to plan. 2) The apron was not installed according to the plan or in conformance with the permit. They claimed that the county changed the requirements and there was confusion and suggested that it look "good enough" so nothing should be done. They were able to get the county to approve it without an inspector on site by sending some pictures to someone they know in the permit office. 3)They overcharged me for the pavers. I ordered grey base and they charged me for white base. They also did not include a 5% angie's list coupon on my final bill and they charged me 4 times what the permits actually cost claiming they used a "service" to get the permits (the contract only called for permit fees, not service charges). They did finally send the correct bill although I had to send a nasty letter to get them to waive the service charge for permits. They also offered to correct the installation issues, but I declined as I did not trust them to take proper care and got the feeling they were reluctantly offering to do so. I did not want someone working on my project that was reluctantly doing so. I would have preferred an adjustment to the final bill, but they would not do that. They also promised to send a lien release after I sent final payment and have not done so. Fast forward to today....I previously reviewed this company a little over a year ago when the work was completed. This is a follow up review based on quality issues with the installation. The company will not respond to multiple emails, phone calls and I even sent a letter via snail mail. Less than one year after the driveway was put in, there are very noticeable settled areas of over 1/4" exactly where the tires on my car enter the driveway. Paver Solutions touts their ICPI standards on installation and claims to guarantee the installation for one year. My settling occurred in less than one year and according to the ICPI standards should not have happened at all. I would avoid doing business with this company at all costs. They did not do what they said they would do at the job, the short term quality is poor and they are unresponsive. read more

Was looking to get my pool deck renovated and a friend of mine recommended Paver Solutions. I stopped by and the staff was extremely helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. This was a big expense for me so I ended up getting 2 more quotes from other companies and not only did Paver Solutions have the best price, but they also had the best quality product. After the job was complete, I was extremely impressed with the quality of work they did and their professionalism. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again should I need a paving company in the future. read more

These people, Jack in particular, are very hard to deal with, unresponsive and unprofessional. I used this company to install our pool pavers and decking years ago. At that time I was happy with the company, but they must now be under new ownership. I called them again to do some repairs to this same pool decking. It was like pulling teeth to get Jack to actually return a phone call, and twice he said he'd be out to quote the job, and simply never showed up, and didn't even call. His own secretary would make excuses for him. Finally, he promised to be out one week on a Thursday. I waited and waited and again he did not show and did not call. That is about as unprofessional as it gets. read more

Save yourself some time and do not call this company. I asked for an estimate that was 25% higher than the square footage at the site.. When I complained they brought it down to 12% higher than the square footage. When I complained they accused me of low character because I told them I was going to share my experience online. They are either padding their estimates or they are incompetent. Talking with the owner got me the same attitude. He obviously supports poor customer service and the thinks "no harm, no foul" since I didn't use them. A "1" is too high for them. STAY AWAY!!! read more
