As a parent, I am very happy with Pavlo Orthodontics. Our son required both a herbst appliance, followed by braces and the staff along with Dr. Pavlo we just incredible! Now for a few words from our son, "The overall experience was wonderful. I find it hard to recall a time when the staff was not smiling. Younger visitors where encouraged and comforted about the new experience of getting braces. The working area, which isn't a very proper word because it lacked any of the intimidating equipment associated with the doctor's, or dentist's rooms, was welcoming and colorful and produced a atmosphere to calm patients.(Which I'm not sure is a proper word either as they were more akin to hotel guests then patients), as the waiting area held many things to entertain younger (or older) relatives who happened to be brought along. Children waiting could expect video games , snacks (including heathy options) tvs playing popular children's programs, and a computer for searching the web on. Fear not parents for a large selection of magazines, and not recycled ones from 5 years ago were also put out for your enjoyment . As for Dr.Pavlo himself, I'm not sure I could imagine a better orthodontist. I have yet to see doctor Pavlo not connect with a patient. Between asking kids what they think of sports events, and what teams they want to make it to the Superbowl, he acted more like a friend then a doctor allowing a smooth transition and the adjustment to braces. read more

I am an adult patient of Pavlo Orthodontics. It is one of the best decisions I have ever made. By far one of the best experiences in any type of medical or personal care setting I have ever been in. As a parent, I am very pleased with Pavlo Orthodontics. My 16-year-old son is not easy to deal with. Dr. Pavlo and the staff have been tremendously patient with him and have very clearly stated to him how to care for his braces and to wear the elastics regularly to get the braces off as soon as possible. My oldest son, who is quite anxious, felt at ease with the very friendly and encouraging staff. He is happy with his treatment and his beautiful straight smile. The dental office is extremely well planned and runs very efficiently. The open and colorful space is inviting and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. As a patient myself, I tried the Invisalign treatment. I loved that I got my teeth fixed without people noticing. The retainers are very easy to use and you can take them off to eat your meals. Pavlo Orthodontics is a superbly well run, thriving practice that has a positive atmosphere and great results. My son's teeth look great, and no matter which location or person he receives care from, the treatment and advice is consistent and we are always treated with professional courtesy and kindness. Dr. Pavlo and his staff really are the best! My son (14 yrs) and daughter (11 yrs) both go to him and the results so far have been great, my son's teeth from the braces look super and he is now in a retainer, while my daughter goes every 6 months to track her progress to help determine when will be the best time for her to get braces. The entire staff and Dr. Pavlo are always so cheerful and friendly and the office really is geared to providing a great atmosphere (drinks, snacks and gaming systems.) As an orthodontist, he really is excellent and knowledgeable - I love the fact that he talks you through ever step of the braces process and really wants the best outcome for your child. We drive from NH to go there, but it is well worth it to get the service and great looking teeth for my kids. When going to Dr. Pavlo for my braces, I was extremely nervous. However, the welcoming and warm atmosphere Pavlos office and staff brought made my experience so much better. They were always able to answer all of my questions and were very understand of my concerns and accommodating to my needs; I always felt like I was in amazing hands. With extremely bad teeth, my parents and myself were nervous that my teeth couldn't be fixed. After three years of having braces and Dr. Pavlos incredible work, I couldn't ask for a better smile. I was very happy with the choice my parents made when they had me go to Pavlo Orthodontics when I had to get braces. They were all very friendly and answered all questions asked. There were no problems when making appointments and they worked with my busy schedule. I never had any problems throughout the 3 years I had braces and was surprised to find a problem with my retainer about 6 months later. The top has begun to crack down my front tooth and felt to be getting worse the more I kept wearing it. I have cared for my retainers just as I was told I should and always put them away and in a safe place immediately after removing them each morning. Other than my retainer which they are working on correcting, I am very pleased with all the work Pavlo and his team have done to give me a beautiful smile and I would recommend anyone looking into orthodontic treatment. read more

I am a parent of 2 grown children who both went thru braces. I always felt the family came first until a couple of years ago. At age 56 I went into Invisalign braces. It was my turn. I never smiled because I was so self conscious of my teeth. I would shy away from pictures. I spent years going to the Dentist for crowns, bridge, implants yet I had nothing to show for it. I have been going to Pavlo Ortho. since I was about 9 or 10 years old when I broke a secondary tooth right in the front of my mouth. It has always been bit of a struggle to keep the other teeth around them from moving incorrectly, but the staff and Pavlo himself have all put in effort to keep my smile nice. Dr. Pavlo's office makes going to the orthodontist fun! There is always a contest or giveaway of some sort going on for his patients. Patients are rewarded for good dental hygiene with "Pavlo points" which can be turned in for prizes, and motivate us to keep our teeth clean. They involve me in the care plan, and not just my parents. They are always really kind and funny and I can tell that they really care about their patients. Dr. Pavlo is a very friendly and funny orthodontist. He is also very good at his work. They meet their deadlines. For example, I got my braces on July 19th, 2015, and they told me I would get them off around July of 2017. In July of 2017, I got them off. They are very consistent with their work.
