We had a very disappointing experience with this groomer after previously having two great…read moreappointments. I don't recommend this groomer and would be very cautious trusting them with your dog's grooming. Before the appointment, I was asked if I wanted a summer cut for my Golden Retriever and I declined. I explained that I wanted a standard Golden trim like her previous grooms, with very little taken off overall and extra trimming around her sanitary area and behind. Instead, she was clipped all over, leaving less than one inch of hair around her entire body. On top of that, several areas were uneven and choppy. This was in no way what I asked for. My dog is healthy, well-maintained, and not matted, so there was no reason for her coat to be taken this short, especially after I specifically declined a shorter cut. I reached out to them and provided photos from her previous two grooms with this company, including one from the same groomer, showing a very clear difference in length. Initially, I was told the groomer confirmed he completed the same style as her previous groom, which is exactly what I requested. However, after I sent comparison photos showing this groom was clearly much shorter, I was then told the groomer used the documented clipper length from her previous visits. I'm not sure how that could be reflected in her notes when her previous grooms were visibly much longer, and I've never requested that she be clipped all over. Regardless of what was documented, the instructions I provided at the appointment should have been followed. The customer service afterward was just as disappointing. The responses felt like I was talking to a chatbot instead of a business genuinely trying to understand and resolve the issue, which is also reflected in their responses to other reviews. The focus was on defending the groom rather than acknowledging that the service provided did not match what was requested. After paying $180 for the groom plus a $36 tip, the only resolution offered was a $25 credit toward a future appointment. I also noticed another recent review mentioning that grooming instructions were not followed and that the final cut did not match what was requested. After my own experience, I understand the frustration. For anyone looking for a mobile groomer, I highly recommend Woofie's of NW Raleigh instead. They charged $135 for the same service, followed my instructions perfectly on the first visit, and provided a detailed pet journal with photos and notes from the appointment. I would recommend them over this groomer based on both the quality of the service and the much better customer experience.

With the BarkMobile, our babies have come out looking cuter than ever, instead of as if they had a run in with Edward Scissorhands. The convenience of having a groomer park in our driveway cannot be understated. My bf works from home and I work in an office far from home, so scheduling during the week is always a nightmare. BarkMobile solved that problem handily. Olivia seems to truly care about our pups. Our yorkie, Gambit, has some anxiety issues and ended up vomiting during his bath. Olivia brought him back to the house to check and make sure he was okay and offered to come back another day to finish his grooming FOR FREE! My only complaint is it can sometimes be a little tough to get a hold of someone to make an appointment. At 1:00, Jamie texted me and said she was at my home. I told her that I was 10 minutes away. As I was pulling into my neighborhood, Jamie sent me a text and said that she had been at my house since 12:50 and she couldn't wait any longer. I don't understand why I was given the appointment of 1:00 to 1:30. My appointment should have been 12:30 to 1:00 if that was the case. I'd had this appointment for six weeks, so now at the busiest time of year for the grooming business, I've got to find a new groomer. So very disappointed!!!
