They gave both dogs a spa treatment, bath, cut and nail trim. The dogs came out perfect with bow ties and soft and smelled great! They even gave Buster a mohawk at the request of the kids. My puppy was boarded one time before Lorna and he didn't eat or drink water all day..So with Lorna was the second experience. Her place is very clean, with a comfy, warm feeling - nothing similar to a regular daycare. Lorna is so so nice and knows a lot about dogs I received texts and updates about Astro, he ate! Drank water and curled up into a bed. Nothing compared to the first experience. The claim they are unable to complete the full haircut service because the dog refused to stand. Ok. Then they charged me over 70$ for basically rinsing my dog off. He doesn't even look brushed. Feel ripped off. I understand that I should pay something for the little they were able to do, but this feels excessive.
